Adam L. Seiferth

Adam L. Seiferth is a partner in the liability department of the firm's Harrisburg office.  He concentrates his practice in general liability matters, including the defense of premises liability and motor vehicle/motor carrier liability claims.  He has litigated cases throughout Central Pennsylvania, including numerous jury trials and arbitrations.  As a member of the firm's Transportation Law litigation team, Mr. Seiferth has conducted numerous first response investigations of serious injury and fatal accidents.

Adam L. A frequent speaker, he has presented seminars on a variety of issues including the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, contractual indemnification and additional insurance provisions, and sovereign and governmental immunity.

Mr. Seiferth is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Seiferth received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2002.  Since graduation, he has devoted his practice to insurance defense litigation.

A native of Williamsport, Mr. Seiferth resides with his wife and children in the Harrisburg area.
