LaRae' C. Neal

LaRae’ C. Neal is an associate in the firm's Philadelphia office.  She works primarily on the Life Science litigation team, where she focuses her practice on product liability, mass torts and medical malpractice litigation.

LaRae’ C. Neal is an associate in the firm's Philadelphia office.  She works primarily on the Life Science litigation team, where she focuses her practice on product liability, mass torts and medical malpractice litigation.

Since joining Cipriani & Werner in 2015, Ms. Neal has worked on numerous cases requiring e-discovery, large document productions and other complex pre-trial discovery.  She has had exposure to an array of cases that have granted her the opportunity to work with manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, hospitals, nurses and physicians related to defending against negligence, strict liability and breach of warranty claims.  Ms. Neal has also assisted in advising clients on identifying and developing data protections plans and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Neal is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and is an active member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia (Young Lawyers Division) Bar Associations.  She is also a member and Bar Exam Mentor of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia.

Ms. Neal graduated from Duke University in 2012 with a major in Psychology and double minors in Economics and African and African American Studies.  She went on to receive her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2015 where she was a member of the Tulane Entertainment and Art Law Society, the Public Interest Law Foundation, and Tulane University Law School's mentoring program for incoming students.  Ms. Neal was also a member of the Black Law Student's Association where she served as a mentor to first-year law students and the Fundraising Chair.

During law school, she worked as a research assistant under Professor Ashlye Keaton in the Tulane Entertainment Law Legal Assistance (ELLA) clinic in conjunction with the Tipitina’s Foundation and the Arts Council of New Orleans to provide a variety of legal services ranging from intellectual property issues to potential litigation matters.
