Mark Glover joined Cipriani & Werner in its Charleston office in December, 2016.  His practice includes civil litigation and workers' compensation matters.

Mr. Glover has been practicing law in West Virginia since 1999.  He graduated from West Virginia University College of Law, where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.

In his career, Mr. Glover has worked primarily as defense counsel in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including medical/professional malpractice, deliberate intent, employment discrimination, premises liability, products liability and automobile accidents.  Before joining Cipriani & Werner, he took a sabbatical from the practice of law to pursue an educational opportunity and then served as a law clerk for Judge Carrie Webster in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia.

Mr. Glover is admitted to practice in all West Virginia Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is also a registered mediator with the West Virginia State Bar.

Mr. Glover is devoted to his daughters, Maggie and Sara.  When he is not practicing law, he is very active with youth soccer in Kanawha County, where he serves as Coach, President of the South Hills Soccer Association, Treasurer and Board Member of the Kanawha Valley Soccer League and Board Member of the Kanawha Charleston Soccer Foundation.
