Ms. Csercsevits came to Cipriani & Werner in October 2014 with five years of experience defending employers throughout all stages of litigation involving workers’ compensation claims.  Knowledgeable in providing pre-litigation counseling and risk management advice to cost-effectively handle claims, she is passionate about her career and is a results-proven litigator when cases require her to go to trial.  She continues to focus her practice exclusively on representing employers in workers’ compensation matters, and is dedicated to and known for providing exceptional client service.

Ms. Csercsevits is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Throughout her career, she has been actively involved with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, holding various positions on the association’s executive committee for the Workers’ Compensation section.  In addition, she volunteers her time with the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project, representing children in cases involving allegations of abuse and neglect, and Philadelphia VIP, representing low-income Philadelphians primarily in domestic matters.

Ms. Csercsevits received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology from Widener University in 2005 and her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2009.  Prior to her last year of law school, she was a summer associate at a prominent, regional defense litigation firm where she remained and practiced in the area of workers’ compensation after passing the bar.
