Mr. Hughes received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1995 and his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2003.

He resides in Pittsburgh’s South Hills with his wife and two children.  He is active in the community soccer program and the leadership of Y-Guides/Y-Princesses, a YMCA father-child program.
