Ernest F. Koschineg, a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office, recently served as a moderator at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk and Privacy Liability Forum in Santa Monica, California.  His session, Medical Devices and the Internet of Things, included a panel discussion of the vulnerabilities of medical devices, FDA guidance on medical device cybersecurity and a review of recent litigation.
