Cipriani & Werner PC is pleased to announce that Jeffrey McGuire, of the firm’s Harrisburg office, was appointed to the American Society of Association Executive’s [ASAE] Ethics Committee. The ASAE represents more than 21,000 association executives and industry partners representing 10,000 organizations, including trade associations, individual membership societies, and voluntary organizations across the United States and in nearly 50 countries around the world. Attorney McGuire attended his first meeting in Nashville during the ASAE’s annual meeting and is part of the communication sub-committee. Jeff looks forward to working with the ASAE in promoting ethics throughout the ASAE and its member associations.

Attorney McGuire provides ethics advice to CPAs, attorneys, and many other professionals. He presents ethics seminars for professionals, as well.
