Mr. Grogan has been recognized in Best Lawyers for over 30 years in the areas of Legal Malpractice Defense, Real Estate Law and Litigation, and Land Use and Zoning Law and Litigation.  He has been a trial attorney for over 50 years and is widely known and respected in commercial litigation matters, real estate law and professional liability defense.  Mr. Grogan is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and a Past Chair and member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Professional Liability Committee.

Ms. Lloyd, in addition to being recognized for Legal Malpractice Law and Insurance Law, was further distinguished as the 2017 "Lawyer of the Year" for Legal Malpractice Law - Defendants in Pittsburgh.  Ms. Lloyd is an experienced trial attorney concentrating a large portion of her practice in the defense of legal malpractice claims, among other defense work.  She serves on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and is also a Co-Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Professional Liability Committee.
