Mr. Evan was selected for Workers’ Compensation Defense.  He is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law Section.  With almost 40 years of civil litigation experience, Mr. Evan also concentrates his practice in civil rights, municipal law, insurance law, premises liability, auto liability and contract litigation matters.

Mr. Lockhart has been recognized in Best Lawyers annually since 2016 for Insurance Litigation.  He has more than 30 years of litigation experience in insurance defense including construction, motor vehicle/motor carrier, premises liability and insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
