Cynthia A. Baker

Cynthia A. Baker is a partner in the firm's Pittsburgh office.  She concentrates her practice in workers' compensation litigation, and has extensive appellate experience practicing before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, as well as Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Cynthia A. Baker is a partner in the firm's Pittsburgh office.  She concentrates her practice in workers' compensation litigation, and has extensive appellate experience practicing before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, as well as Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Baker is a member of all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  She is also a member of the Workers' Compensation section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Ms. Baker obtained her undergraduate degree in English, magna cum laude, from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1987.  She later obtained her law degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 1993, where she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review.
