Dwight Mitchell, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge) office.  He concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation in a wide variety of matters including premises liability, personal and commercial auto, construction, and product liability.  He also represents clients in commercial litigation matters and is a member of C&W’s Cannabis and Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Groups. 

Mr. Mitchell is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.  He is a member of the Garden State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Mr. Mitchell is a cum laude graduate of Morehouse College, class of 2011, where he earned his B.A. in Spanish with a concentration in pre-law.  He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2017, where he was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Black Law Student Association, and the Labor Law Clinic. 

In his free time, Mr. Mitchell enjoys producing music, participating in athletics, traveling, and fashion.  He is fluent in Spanish.
