Jasmine N. Butler

Jasmine N. Butler is an associate in the firm’s Lancaster office.  She concentrates her practice in business law, estate planning, real estate and workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Butler was an associate at a law firm in York, Pennsylvania.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, York County Bar Association and Sports Lawyers Association.

Ms. Butler received her B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Sports Marketing and a minor in Management, from Duquesne University in 2013.  After graduation, she served as a Research Assistant for both Penn State and Lehigh Universities before joining Highmark Blue Shield as a Quality Assurance Associate.

She then received her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2019 where she was a Merit Scholar.  During law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Christopher C. Conner of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and as a Certified Legal Intern at the Central Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinics.  Ms. Butler was the Diversity Forum Editor of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and Vice President of the Black Law Students Association and Public Interest Law Society.  She also served as a Widener Student Ambassador, interacting with prospective students and assisting in accepted applicant and high school student events.

When she is not practicing law, Ms. Butler volunteers her time as a Board member of Girls on the Run and Young Thinkers of York.  She also serves as a member of the Resource Development Committee for the York County Community Foundation.
