Josanne Celestine

Josanne Celestine is a partner in the firm’s Atlanta Office.  With over a decade of experience, she focuses her practice primarily on defending clients in insurance claims including general liability, auto and trucking liability cases, and workers’ compensation claims.

Josanne Celestine is a partner in the firm’s Atlanta Office.  With over a decade of experience, she focuses her practice primarily on defending clients in insurance claims including general liability, auto and trucking liability cases, and workers’ compensation claims.

Ms. Celestine is an experienced trial attorney and has litigated many cases across the state of Georgia to resolution in jury and non-jury trials, alternative dispute resolution and motion practice.  Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, she served as in-house counsel at a major international insurance company and as an insurance adjuster.

Ms. Celestine is admitted to practice in Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.  She is a member of the Georgia Motor Trucking Association. 

Ms. Celestine graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina at Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2003.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Mercer University – Walter F. George School of Law in 2011.  While in law school, Ms. Celestine served as a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team and won the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Poverty Law.

Ms. Celestine is a native of Trinidad and Tobago.  She and her family reside in Alpharetta, Georgia and are active with Feed My Starving Children, Atlanta Mission, and Hagar’s House, as well as other outreach programs and missions at their church and within the metro-Atlanta area.  They are also avid runners and sports fans.
