Michael D. Pugliese, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s Woodbridge, NJ (Metropolitan New York) office.  His practice primarily consists of representing insured parties and corporate clients in the defense of claims for bodily injury, wrongful death, and property damage.  He also represents insurers in uninsured/underinsured motorist cases.

Pugliese, Jr. is an associate in the firm’s Woodbridge, NJ (Metropolitan New York) office.  His practice primarily consists of representing insured parties and corporate clients in the defense of claims for bodily injury, wrongful death, and property damage.  He also represents insurers in uninsured/underinsured motorist cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pugliese had extensive experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions and landlord-tenant matters.  He has also defended clients in actions for breach of contract, common-law fraud, and consumer fraud, and has tried such cases before the Superior Court of New Jersey. 

Mr. Pugliese is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Pugliese graduated summa cum laude in 2015 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University at Albany – SUNY, where he was also employed as a research assistant and laboratory technician.  He graduated cum laude in 2020 with a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review.
