Nariman Amin is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in general liability matters.  Ms. Amin comes to Cipriani & Werner with a background in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial, and helps her clients understand the legal process in layman’s terms.

Her previous work as a Judicial Law Clerk gives her an insider’s view on what approaches to trial will work—and not work.  In addition to her litigation and insurance industry background, Ms. Amin has experience in immigration law.

Ms. Amin earned both her B.A. and her J.D. from Villanova University, where she was a member of the nationally ranked Moot Court team and a student attorney for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services (CARES).  She also co-founded the Middle Eastern Student Association and served as the social director of the International Law Society.

Ms. Amin lives in Audubon with her husband.  She enjoys traveling with family and friends, making sure to visit family in Egypt as often as possible.
