Ruby Delarosa

Ruby Delarosa is an associate attorney in the firm's Mt. Laurel office.  She focuses her practice on representing employers, insurance companies and third party administrators in workers' compensation litigation matters.

Mrs. Delarosa is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey State Bar Association.  She has experience representing injured workers as well as defending employers in workers’ compensation matters, giving her a unique level of expertise in handling same.

Mrs. Delarosa received her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in pre-Law from Stockton University in 2011 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2016.  During law school, she founded the First Generation Law Student Association and was awarded the Outstanding Student Service Award.  After law school, Mrs. Delarosa clerked for the Honorable Daniel A. Bernardin, J.S.C. in the Civil Division of the Camden County Superior Court of New Jersey.  She is fluent in Spanish.

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Mrs. Delarosa currently resides in Merchantville with her husband and two children.  Additionally, Mrs. Delarosa was recently elected to a seat on the Merchantville Board of Education (via a write-in candidacy). She is also a board member for the Merchantville Borough Diversity Committee, as well as a member of her local elementary school’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.
