Thomas Tran

Thomas Tran is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.  He concentrates his practice in motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and cybersecurity matters.

Thomas Tran is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.  He concentrates his practice in motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and cybersecurity matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tran served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Chiarello, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division.  He was also an extern at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and a law clerk for the Camden County Surrogates Court.

Mr. Tran is admitted to practice in New Jersey.  He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA) where he serves as a Co-Chair of their Law Student Outreach Committee.

Mr. Tran received his B.S., cum laude, in Accounting from Rutgers University in 2017.  He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2020 where he attended on a Merit-based scholarship.  During law school, Mr. Tran was on the Intramural Mock Trial Team, served as the president for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), and was a Summer Teaching Fellow for the Minority Student Program.  Mr. Tran is currently enrolled at Drexel University Kline School of Law where he will receive his L.L.M. degree with a concentration in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity in the Spring of 2022.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and checking out the latest sneaker releases.
