Cipriani & Werner attorney Caitlin A. Donahue recently spoke to middle and high school students at The Mix during their afterschool THRIVE (Trust, Help, Resilience, Inspire, Versatility, and Empower) Speaker Series Program. Ms. Donahue, a Mix board member, shared her personal experiences and insights into achieving success in life and career.

The Mix is a non-denominational faith-based, not-for-profit organization located in Southeast Lancaster City that is dedicated to meeting the spiritual, social/emotional, academic, and physical needs of Lancaster’s inner-city youth.

Ms. Donahue is an associate in the firm’s Lancaster office and concentrates her practice in employment law, business formation and contracts, and workers’ compensation defense matters.  She currently chairs the Labor and Employment Section of the Lancaster County Bar Association.
