Cipriani & Werner, P.C. is pleased to announce that Marisa A. Trasatti has joined the firm as the Managing Partner in its Hunt Valley, MD office.  With almost 24 years of experience, she focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis on products liability litigation, including cases involving drugs and medical devices, and premises liability arising from alleged human trafficking.  In her role as General Counsel to two medical device companies, Ms. Trasatti handles a broad spectrum of matters related to corporate, employment, regulatory, contract and product liability issues in the United States and abroad.

Ms. Trasatti is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 1995 where she was a Morrissey Scholar.  She received her J.D. from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 1998 and served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Trade.
