Dave T. Mooring III is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.  He currently focuses his practice on general liability matters including premises liability, motor vehicle liability, trucking litigation and Ride-Share litigation.

After successfully passing the New Jersey bar exam, Mr. Mooring entered private practice.  He concentrated primarily in landlord-tenant matters, criminal defense focusing on DUI and traffic defenses, and estate planning.  He has also represented creditors in Consumer Rights issues.

Mr. Mooring is admitted to practice in New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (Third Circuit).

Mr. Mooring is also an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter offering interpreting services in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware region.  He has a passion for intersecting his knowledge of the law with advocating for the rights of people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Mr. Mooring received his B.A., with honors, from Stockton University in 2013.  He went on to attend Miami University of Ohio and received his M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education in 2015.  He then attended the University of Dayton School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2021.  During law school, Mr. Mooring was the President & Founder of Disability Law Society.  He is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, Waite Chapter.

Mr. Mooring currently resides in New Jersey with his family.
