Alexander (A.J.) Palutis is a partner in the firm’s Lancaster office. With over 35 years of litigation experience, he concentrates his practice in representing employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and employment law matters.

Mr. Palutis is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law Section as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  He has also been listed regularly in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for Workers' Compensation law. 

Mr. Palutis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania (Workers’ Compensation Section), Dauphin County and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Palutis received his B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1983 and his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1987.  He clerked for the Honorable Genevieve Blatt in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania before entering private practice in 1988.
