Amanda J. McNelly is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel, NJ office.  She focuses her practice on representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. McNelly worked for a defense firm where she handled all aspects of worker’s compensation claims.  She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the Bar Association of New Jersey.

During law school, Ms. McNelly participated in the Suffolk Juvenile Defender’s Clinic representing juveniles in criminal proceedings, and took part in a summer program with the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau representing indigent clients in family law matters.  Following graduation, she worked in both state and national politics, focusing her efforts on a Deep Canvass initiative.

Ms. McNelly received her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston.
