Daniel C. Munson is an associate in the firm’s Lancaster office.  He concentrates his practice in employment law and workers’ compensation defense, as well as business law matters.

Mr. Munson received his B.A. from Ohio University in 2017.  Prior to going to law school, he worked in various industries as a contract insurance representative, independent sales representative and student lending specialist.

Mr. Munson received his J.D., cum laude, from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Moot Court trial team, Legal Ethics and Technology Association and Environmental Law Association.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
