Daniella Ashouri

Daniella Ashouri is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office where she focuses her practice on data privacy and cybersecurity law, as well as media-related matters including trademark, copyright, and defamation.  Ms. Ashouri helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.

Daniella Ashouri is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office where she focuses her practice on data privacy and cybersecurity law, as well as media-related matters including trademark, copyright, and defamation.  Ms. Ashouri helps her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.

She is licensed to practice in California and is seeking CIPP/US Certification, focusing on data privacy laws and regulations. 

Ms. Ashouri received her B.A. from the University of California San Diego in 2021 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Southwestern Law School in 2025.  She was co-founder of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Law Society, co-founder & author of the Privacy & Cybersecurity blog, Supervising Student Editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Media and Entertainment Law, and a staff member of Southwestern Law Review.  During her time in school, she authored an article about the intersections between A.I. and copyright.  Ms. Ashouri also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles.

When not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, swimming, and going to art museums.
