Dennis P. Cullen is the firm's Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.  Prior to assuming his role as COO, he concentrated his practice in workers’ compensation litigation, primarily on behalf of insurance carriers and their insureds, as well as self-insured entities.  He also practiced in the firm's Estate Planning Group and provided comprehensive, highly personalized estate planning services to individuals, families, and business owners including Wills, Health Care Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, Living Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Employee Stock Option Plans, Buy Sell Agreements and Asset Protection Plans.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Cullen was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assigned to the Department of Labor and Industry Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.

He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the State of New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Cullen is a graduate of Temple University and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Cullen resides with his wife and children in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
