Elisabeth Carro is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation team.  She assists her clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents including planning the response to an event and working with other experts to formulate a coordinated approach.  Ms. Carro also analyzes notification requirements based on contractual obligations and state and federal law and prepares regulatory inquiry responses to state and federal regulators.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Carro gained valuable experience working for a Philadelphia-based cyber law firm where she served as breach counsel for clients experiencing a data privacy incident.

Ms. Carro received her B.A. from Elon University in 2021 and her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2024.  During the summer of 2022, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael J. Newman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

When not practicing law, Ms. Carro enjoys spending time with family, cooking, reading, and traveling.
