Jacqueline A. McConologue is an associate in the firm's New York Workers’ Compensation Group.  She concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.

Jacqueline A. McConologue is an associate in the firm's New York Workers’ Compensation Group.  She concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. McConologue represented clients in both state and federal agencies and courts in employment law matters for a New York litigation firm.

Ms. McConologue is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is an active member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Ms. McConologue received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Fordham University College at Rose Hill in 2020 and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2023, where she was honored as a St. Thomas More Scholar.  While in law school, she was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society and the Women’s Law Society.

In her spare time, Ms. McConologue enjoys traveling, reading, and watching her favorite New York sports teams.
