Jane Ann Pancake is an associate in the firm's Charleston office. With almost 18 years of litigation experience, she focuses her practice on representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters.
Ms. Pancake's previous litigation experience includes defending workers' compensation claims and other civil litigation matters at various law firms in West Virginia and Kentucky. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, she worked in the Office of Counsel for Workers' Compensation Appeals at the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia in Charleston.
Ms. Pancake is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Kentucky.
She received her B.A. from Marshall University in 1993 and went on to earn her M.S.W. from University of Kentucky in 1995. Ms. Pancake received her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2000.
