Jeffrey C. Gray is Of Counsel in the firm's Lancaster office.  He focuses his practice on business law and estates and trusts matters.

After 10 years of direct corporate experience, Mr. Gray became a business and marketing consultant in 1984, using his M.B.A. and law degree to offer his clients a broad base of experience and education.  His extensive business background also includes ownership in several business ventures and development of "start-up" companies, giving him special insight in navigating legal considerations for his clients including ownership structure, agreements and contracts, and challenging compliance and regulatory issues.  He has also represented clients in IRS disputes and negotiated buyouts from employment and disability agreements.

Mr. Gray is the managing owner of Assured Abstract, LLC, a real estate closing services and title company he started in 2007.

Mr. Gray is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

He received his B.A. from the University of Delaware in 1972 and his M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University in 1978.  He received his law degree from Widener University in 1982.
