Jonathan D. Tobin

Jonathan D. Tobin is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  As a member of the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation practice group, he assists his clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents and helps formulate a coordinated approach to resolve these matters.

Jonathan D. Tobin is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  As a member of the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation practice group, he assists his clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents and helps formulate a coordinated approach to resolve these matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Tobin was an insurance defense attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States where he defended insureds in a variety of liability matters.  He also gained substantial experience litigating complex personal injury matters including premises liability, motor vehicle and UM/UIM claims for several Philadelphia-area law firms.

Mr. Tobin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He received his B.A. in History from Lafayette College in 1999 and his M.A. in History from The George Washington University in 2003.  Mr. Tobin went on to earn his J.D. in 2007 from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where he was a staff member of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
