Jordan L. Morgan is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  He concentrates his practice in Cybersecurity, Information Privacy, and Data Security matters. 

Clients in the healthcare sector and other industries have become increasingly concerned about cybersecurity and privacy issues, breach preparedness and response.  Mr. Morgan serves as counsel to companies in various areas including health care institutions and providers, municipalities, professional services, retail, technology and financial institutions.

Mr. Morgan advises clients through all aspects of data security preparedness, incident response, and regulatory investigation..  Additionally, he leads response investigations working with companies, forensic experts, IT departments, and vendors to advise on notification, guidance in governmental investigations, mitigation and restoration services.  He also provides counsel to clients in assessing applicable regulatory compliance requirements at both the state and federal levels.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Morgan served in the United States Navy on active duty from 2004 until 2013.  He also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County immediately following law school before joining Cipriani & Werner. 

Mr. Morgan received his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Arcadia University in 2016 and his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019.  In addition, he earned his LLM in Cyber Law and Data Privacy from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2023. 

Mr. Morgan lives in Hatboro with his wife and two daughters.
