Kristina D. Ingersoll is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.  She focuses her practice on representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.

Ms. Ingersoll joined C&W in 2024 as a Law Clerk before being admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in December 2025.  In her second year of law school, she served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Judge Lane in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Ingersoll received her B.A. in Communication Studies and Public Relations from Stockton University in 2013 and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University in 2019.  She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2025 where she served as Secretary of the Student Bar Association and Executive Editor of Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Ms. Ingersoll also founded and operated Kristina Elizabeth Photography specializing in wedding photography prior to and while attending law school.

Ms. Ingersoll currently resides in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
