After graduating from law school, Mr. Thigpen clerked for the Hon. William V. Tucker of the Circuit Court for Howard County in Ellicott City, Maryland. Prior to entering the legal field, he worked as a sound engineer for a leading live entertainment company for 10 years.
Mr. Thigpen is admitted to practice in Maryland.
He received his B.A. from Salisbury University in 2012 and his J.D., cum laude, from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024.
