Ingram is an experienced attorney in the firm's Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in cybersecurity incident response and data privacy matters.  With 15 years of experience in litigation, Ms. Ingram brings a unique perspective to her practice, leveraging her extensive background in both civil litigation and criminal law to address complex issues that impact her clients' businesses.

Lynne O. Ingram is an experienced attorney in the firm's Philadelphia office and concentrates her practice in cybersecurity incident response and data privacy matters.  With 15 years of experience in litigation, Ms. Ingram brings a unique perspective to her practice, leveraging her extensive background in both civil litigation and criminal law to address complex issues that impact her clients' businesses.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Ingram was a Member at a national boutique civil litigation firm, where she focused on defending and achieving favorable outcomes for clients facing catastrophic, high-exposure losses.  Her litigation career also includes more than five years as a prosecutor with the District Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, where she tried cases involving attempted murder and armed robbery.  Additionally, as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Ms. Ingram led large-scale investigations into violent drug traffickers, culminating in the prosecution of an international drug cartel.

Throughout her career, Ms. Ingram has built a reputation for her diligent, incisive responses to complex matters that demand both legal expertise and a strategic, client-centered approach.  She values clear communication, responsiveness, and an understanding of the serious impact unplanned incidents can have on her clients.  Known for her problem-solving skills, she prides herself on helping clients navigate challenges and achieve the best possible outcomes, even under difficult circumstances.

Ms. Ingram is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Florida.  She received her B.A. from Villanova University in 2001 and her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2005.

Ms. Ingram resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, son, and three dogs.  She enjoys traveling with her family, spending time at the beach, cooking, and reading.
