Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Neuman worked for a well-respected workers' compensation defense firm in New York City. His clients included national self-insured employers, third-party administrators, workers' compensation carriers, and various municipal entities. Mr. Neuman has handled all stages of litigation involving workers' compensation claims.
He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey, and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. He has also published an article on risk management and ways employers can reduce exposure prior to a claim.
Mr. Neuman received his B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Marketing and Management from Touro College in 2010 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2014. He served as an intern with the New York City Police Department while in law school.
Mr. Neuman resides with his wife and two children on Long Island, New York.
