Marcus B. Jones is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  He concentrates his practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Jones represented corporate clients and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and general liability matters in the Philadelphia office of a regional defense litigation firm.

He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University in 2020 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2023.  While in law school, Mr. Jones served as a Judicial Extern to The Honorable André M. Espinosa in Newark N.J.  He also held multiple internships where he gained valuable experience in workers’ compensation, employment and landlord-tenant matters.

In his spare time, Mr. Jones enjoys weightlifting, spending time with family and friends, Atlanta Braves baseball and Rutgers football.
