Margaret A. Langdale is an associate in the firm's Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge) office.  She concentrates her practice solely in the defense of employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in New York Workers' Compensation claims.  Ms. Langdale is an experienced and successful litigator in NY Workers’ Compensation matters.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Langdale worked as a managing attorney for a well-respected Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claimant's firm in New York.

Ms. Langdale is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

She received her B.A. in 1997 from Florida Atlantic University and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2003, as a distinguished and honored Goodwin Scholar and National Association for Public Interest Law Fellow.  She was also honored for her Pro Bono Service work as a Guardian Ad Litem.  Prior to law school, she worked in Retail Banking as a Legal Assistant and in Retail Branch Management for nationally recognized banks.
