Matthew Nash is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office.  He concentrates his practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Nash represented clients in bankruptcy matters throughout the state of Georgia for 10 years.

Mr. Nash is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, as well as in the U.S. District Court in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.  He is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

Mr. Nash was born in Columbus, Ohio but has resided in Georgia since 1996.  He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Business AdminIstration, magna cum laude, from Piedmont College in 2006.  He played collegiate tennis on the varsity squad while attending Piedmont.  Mr. Nash received his J.D. from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida in 2010 where he clerked for the Honorable Thomas W. Sculco, Judge of Compensation Claims.

In his spare time, Mr. Nash enjoys spending time with his wife, two stepchildren and three dogs.  As a former collegiate athlete, he is also highly active in the tennis community, participating in numerous leagues throughout the year.  Mr. Nash also enjoys spending time on the lake any chance he gets and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
