Melissa S. Jackson is a partner in the firm's Pittsburgh office.  She has limited her practice to defending workers' compensation clients in Pennsylvania since 2009.  In addition to handling a variety of workers' compensation matters, she has developed specialized experience in defending hearing loss claims.

Ms. Jackson recognizes the importance of identifying clients' specific policies and guidelines to ensure consistent representation across the jurisdiction.  She has determined that this strategy, as well as truly listening to her clients' needs, provides the means necessary to push claims to closure in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Ms. Jackson is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

She received her B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University in 2003 and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006, where she was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Journal.

Ms. Jackson resides in the City of Pittsburgh with her husband, Christopher.
