Morgan A. Barker is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and focuses her practice on data privacy and cybersecurity law.  As a member of the firm’s Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation team, she assists clients with the challenges that arise from cyber-related incidents.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Barker gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Richard Cappelli in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Barker received her B.A. in International Affairs from University of Colorado at Boulder in 2018 and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2024.  While in law school, she served as a Legal Extern for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Thomas Shusted and as an USAO Intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

When not practicing law, Ms. Barker enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new recipes, skiing all-mountain terrain, and supporting Philadelphia’s sports teams.
