Morgan G. Valeo is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  As a member of the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation team, she routinely works with external and third-party forensic investigation firms to first determine the nature and scope of the incident and then to identify the legal, regulatory and contractual obligations the organization has stemming from the incident.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Valeo worked at a Philadelphia-based firm dedicated solely to representing organizations facing data privacy events.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Valeo received her B.A. from Elon University in 2019 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022.  While in law school, she interned for the Hon. Michael C. Gaus of the Superior Court of New Jersey and for Seton Hall University Athletics Department’s Compliance Office.
