Myles R. Wren is a partner in the firm's Scranton, PA and Woodbridge, NJ offices.  His practice includes representation of financial institutions in troubled loans, in particular, real estate development, hotels, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, telecommunications, commercial development and gaming and licensing rights.  Mr. Wren also focuses his practice in banking, bankruptcy, insolvency, Chapter 11 credit adjustment, commercial litigation, environmental law, land use and planning and construction litigation.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Western Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mr. Wren is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lackawanna County Bar Associations.

Mr. Wren has received the highest level AV® Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell for professional excellence and ethics.

He received his B.A. from New York University in 1972 and his J.D. from Delaware Law School in 1978.
