Nancy S. Thach is an associate in the firm’s Fairfax, VA office.  She concentrates her practice in representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation.

Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Thach was an experienced Paralegal at a law firm in Fairfax, VA.  While there, she managed case files, drafted correspondence, scheduled depositions and client interviews, assisted in case preparation for trials and kept trial calendars.

Ms. Thach was the Co-founder/Vice President of THE SOCIAL JUSTICE MOVEMENT in Brandywine, Maryland.  Motivated about providing mentorship to aspiring legal professionals, Ms. Thach managed the day-to-day operations and ensured impactful community outreach.

Ms. Thach is admitted to practice in Alabama and has admission pending in Virginia.  She is fluent in Vietnamese.

Ms Thach received her B.B.A. from Marymount University in 2012 and her J.D., cum laude, from University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 2021, where she was a Merit Scholar.
