Nick Marrone

Nick Marrone is a partner in the firm’s Fairfax office.  He concentrates his practice in representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured companies, large, national corporations and privately owned employers in Virginia workers’ compensation claims. Nick also represents uninsured employers in Virginia. Employers that lack insurance when a work accident occurs can be subject to a fine of up to $50,000 in addition to the burden of paying for an injured worker’s benefits. Nick has spent years representing uninsured employers to minimize exposure in these types of claims.

For over 14 years, Mr. Marrone has dedicated his practice solely to workers’ compensation defense matters pending before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission.  With an outgoing and approachable demeanor, he enjoys cultivating personal relationships with his clients so that he knows how best to serve them, ensuring that their needs are being met, and that they are being adequately represented.

He received his B.A. from University of Stony Brook in 2007 and his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2010.

Mr. Marrone and his family live in Washington, D.C.  In his spare time, he enjoys biking around the DMV area, relaxing with friends, exploring the city, and playing drums.
