Ralph D. Shamah is an associate in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office.  He focuses his practice on representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all facets of workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Shamah worked as a workers’ compensation staff attorney for one of New Jersey’s largest insurance carriers where he handled all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.

Mr. Shamah received a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University in 2019, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Dongbei University in Dalian, China in 2019.  Mr. Shamah received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2023, where he was a member of the Sports Law Society and the Jewish Law Students Association.  After graduation, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sean D. Gertner J.S.C. in Ocean County Superior Court in Toms River, New Jersey.

In his spare time, Mr. Shamah enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
