Raymond P. Weiss Jr. is an associate who concentrates his practice in representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters in New York and New Jersey. 

Mr. Weiss first gained experience representing injured workers before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board prior to moving to defense work. 

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. 

Mr. Weiss received his B.S. in economics in 2013, his M.A. in economics in 2014 and his M.S. in education in 2018, all from the University at Albany, SUNY.  He received his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2022. Mr. Weiss is currently a PhD student at the University at Albany, SUNY. 

In his free time, Mr. Weiss enjoys volunteering and spending time with his family.
