Scott T. Ackerman is a senior associate in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) office.  He concentrates his practice in defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in New York workers’ compensation matters.

Mr. Ackerman brings with him over 34 years of litigation experience in a variety of cases including workers’ compensation, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and no-fault claims.  He is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Ackerman received his B.A. from Emory University in 1987 and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1990.
