Steven D. Fairbank is a partner in the firm's Mt. Laurel office.  He concentrates his practice in defending employers in workers' compensation matters.

Mr. Fairbank joined Cipriani & Werner in 2011.  He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Mr. Fairbank received his B.A. from Rowan University in 2005 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2010.  While attending Widener, he worked as a legal assistant at the largest foreclosure firm in New Jersey, clerked for staff counsel of a national insurance carrier, and interned at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Mr. Fairbank currently resides in Haddon Township with his family.
