Steven J. Lewis is a partner in the firm's Mt. Laurel office.  He concentrates his practice in defending employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Lewis has devoted his practice exclusively to worker’s compensation defense matters in New Jersey.  His prior experience includes being an associate in a large regional defense firm where he was part of a statewide workers' compensation defense practice.  Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Lewis spent seven years as staff counsel for a large national insurance company in which he represented local and national employers in workers' compensation matters throughout the state of New Jersey.

He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lewis received his B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1992 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1995.

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Mr. Lewis currently resides in Mullica Hill with his wife and daughter.
