Tara Gill Nalencz is a partner in the Cybersecurity Breach & Litigation practice group in our Philadelphia office.  She counsels clients through all phases of investigating and responding to data privacy incidents.

Ms. Nalencz is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience handling complex litigation from inception through to verdict and appeal. She has defended a wide range of clients in high-exposure, multifaceted matters, including catastrophic loss; mass tort and class actions; healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation; contract and employment disputes; professional liability; and general casualty matters.   

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; District of New Jersey; and Western District of Michigan.  Ms. Nalencz is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Temple American Inn of Court.

She received her B.A. at Dickinson College in 1999 and her M.A. from Penn State University in 2001.  She went on to receive her J.D. from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 2004.  Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Nalencz clerked for The Honorable Annette M. Rizzo, Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.  She is proficient in Spanish.
